Facilities Manager

Covenant Christian Academy is seeking a qualified, full-time Facilities Manager.

Qualifications of the successful candidate will include:

  • Able to help manage operating and project budgets
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and managing multiple operations and projects efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility needs for both CCA and WPOP properties, including custodial, grounds, and general maintenance
  • Work with the Director of Facilities to create a detailed facility maintenance and preventative maintenance plan
  • Monitor overall facilities operations and ensure quality completion of regular maintenance, custodial, and one-time projects.
  • Review and respond to all submitted work orders in a timely manner.
  • Work with vendors/contractors to gather pricing information for specific projects and/or repairs.
  • Assist Director of Facilities in monitoring and correct all safety and compliance elements related to facilities such as alarm and fire systems, door locks, etc.
  • Lead and/or assist in the timely set up and tear down necessary to host various School events.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
